Introduction...

One thing many people do not realize is that screen printing is very much an art in more ways than one. We make sure our print doesn't crack, colors don't overlap, the design is straight and the ink is thick enough. We have over 5 years experience of producing quality printed clothing.

We pride ourselves that our systems work extremely well in order to eliminate any mistakes. We use emailed digital mock-ups of your printed t-shirt on all new orders so you can see exactly what your finished garments should look like.

Scope of Business...

The types of business offered by EPZ Creative Design is primarily in silkscreen printing, digital printing, custom design t-shirt, t-shirt supply, graphic design etc.

How to Order?

1. Email your details together with your design. We will respond final price within 2 working days.

2. If confirmed, bank-in or transfer (50% deposit for regular client/walk-in; 100% for online order) into our bank account.

3. We will complete & ship your order within 1 week from the deposit date.

*Format to submit your design/artwork:
(i) adobe illustrator format .ai
(ii) 300dpi .psd (adobe photoshop)
(iii) PDF format
(iv) big .jpeg resolution (450dpi above for graphic & 1200dpi above for picture)

FAQs...

Q: What type of shirt do we have?

A: We have cotton interlock, 100% cotton, quick dry, lycra, honey comb, single jersey, F1 shirt etc.

Q: How much is the printing charges?

A: It’s subject to final design i.e type of shirt, block sizes (A4, A3 etc) and the amount of colors.

Q: Is there a minimum order required?

A: Minimum order is 15 (fifteen) pieces per design.

Q: How much for the delivery/postage charges?

A: Free of charge (FOC) if within Seberang Perai.

Q: What type of delivery for the postage?

A: We use POSLAJU or self collect.

Q: How to pay?

A: Once agreed, you can bank-in or transfer (50% deposit for regular client/walk-in; 100% for online order) into our bank account.

Q: How long to complete?

A: Typical delivery time for quantity less than 100 pieces are within 5–7 working days.

Q: What method of printing we are using?

A: We use silkscreen printing technique with high grade rubber dye from JAPAN.
